I was highly satisfied with the experience at dreams as they greeted us with a very polite gentleman. We were looking for a bed and mattress and was given the option of using the new technology to find the mattress which we agreed was excellent. We then were about to try the mattresses fitted to us, as well as keeping within the social distancing guideline. Once we had found the one we wanted, we were then showed the different beds in our catergory. The service was the best I've seen in a very long time, they didn't rush us and their knowlegde was incredible. Overall the best customer service I have come across. Definitely be going back and recommend it to anyone!

We were attended to promptly, efficiently and respectfully. Tatum and Rob were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They ensured our comfort and offered us water.

We had expert advice from Rob who was very knowledgeable and generous with his time. Tatum, at checkout, was also very helpful and clear in her explanations. Both very professional.
