They were rady to deal with my appointment. tatum was well informed and dealt with my wishes and was very helpful. No fuss no bother and dealt with very well. Very good experience. Everything was explained well and I could chose mt delivery date.

Dreams colleague was able to give me their full attention and listened to my needs. I wasn’t originally planning to make a purchase that day, but by the end of my visit I felt very confident in the quality of the products and that they would be suitable for me.

I was highly satisfied with the experience at dreams as they greeted us with a very polite gentleman. We were looking for a bed and mattress and was given the option of using the new technology to find the mattress which we agreed was excellent. We then were about to try the mattresses fitted to us, as well as keeping within the social distancing guideline. Once we had found the one we wanted, we were then showed the different beds in our catergory. The service was the best I've seen in a very long time, they didn't rush us and their knowlegde was incredible. Overall the best customer service I have come across. Definitely be going back and recommend it to anyone!
