We were highly impressed with the product knowledge, we were given time to try out varies mattress and did not feel under any pressure. A relaxed and pleasant experience we felt current safely guidelines were being followed. Stress free purchase.

The Sales Assistant was excellent and did everything she could to help. If anything else was needed I would ask for her assistance again. She was knowledgable about the products and understood all our needs. Good range of products shown.

The Assistant was helpful and friendly. She knew the items well and was able to give good advice and I wasn't put under any 'sales pressure'. The store was clean with sanitizers available and social distancing was good. Plus I was able to park right outside the store.

All throughout our visit to the store, the safety of the customer was paramount and this was shown through the salesgirl who assisted us. Her knowledge of the products were very good and she had a lot of time for any questions or queries we might have. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience, well done 👍

we have bought from Dreams in the past and have been very happy with the service and product received, which is why we returned when we needed another bed and matress. Tatum, in the Exeter branch, couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very welcome and looked after- she is an asset to your company! This is only the second time I have visited a shop since lockdown and felt that Dreams have taken health and safety precautions very seriously, even offereing bottled water as it is so stuffy wearing a mask in shops. This is above and beyond. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to anyone who was looking for beds and was interested in good service and not just rock bottom prices.
