Dreams - Exeter

Jackie was very helpful, respected social distancing guidelines and was thorough in her information and trying to help us find what we were looking for

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store by Rob who was so helpful. He asked what I was looking for, which was a mattress, and took me over to the Sleepmatch system to find out what would be best for me. Once that was done he asked me what type of pillow I prefer and found me one that suited very well (I went on to buy a pair they were that good) and gave me a pillow cover. He then showed me the mattresses that best matched my profile and I tried five in total I think. Rob never rushed me, or made me feel uncomfortable trying the mattresses and gave me as much time as I needed. He was also very considerate of price point. I chose my mattress and Rob put my order through. While he was doing that he very kindly gave me a bottle of water as it gets very hot having to wear a mask for any length of time, I was most grateful for that. I can’t fault anything about my visit to your Exeter store. Thank you.
