We actually came in to buy a Cot Mattress but the lady who served us was a great sales person and ended up selling me a new bed and pillow also. She was very patient and understood the products very well. With regards to the COT she did not have all the information, but admitted this and efficiently found all the information required for us. She allowed us to try several beds and pillows to find the best combination. We felt she did her best to find the best bed for us rather than just try to sell us the most expensive product. I don't think i have ever received such good service from the bed store before. The lady who served me my wife and our baby is a real credit to your store. Exceptional service. I was happy to buy from you rather than shop around like we normally do. This was soley because of your sales assistant.

As soon as I walked in I was given full attention . He was very friendly and not pushy at all let me have time on the beds to try out no rush at all . I came out spending at lot more money than intended but I hope it will be worth it and start getting a good night sleep .
