A great experience and a very helpful staff member in Jaqueline who catered for my needs .👍

The employee we delt with was polite and friendly. There was a range of beds for us to test and try out. Staff seemed to want to go the extra step to help. We tried out the bed that shows you what matress type suits you best and and left feeling we had chose the right bed for our needs.

The rep was very helpful and helped us find exactly what we wanted and for the best price.

The person who treated me and help me through the process of using the scanning machine and showing me suitable beds was very helpful and knew the products in store well. (Sophie)

The guy who served me was friendly, polite, knew his product, and was efficient in processing my purchase and explaining the options to me. I noticed also how effectively he liaised with a colleague to ensure that other people were getting prompt and hopeful service.

Took time to find the right type of product for us and then talked through various priced versions

Me and my partner were highly pleased with all aspects of our visit. Robert came over to help us once he became available, he explain to us how to shop for mattress and what to look for based on our needs. He was really friendly, wasn’t pushy and helped us pick our mattress which we didn’t think we wanted originally! He was also really chatty and interested in us as people too, not just customers! Top job, and because of his service we will be back to buy some pillows soon! 10/10 service!

Sophie was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. She was most helpful and suggested things we hadn’t thought of. Sophie was very polite and her customer service was excellent. We are very pleased with our purchase and are looking forward to delivery. As my husband has terminal cancer it was very important we bought the right mattress for his comfort and mine. I can’t praise Sophie enough, she is an asset to the Exeter team.
