Employee was helpful and gave us time to try out mattresses and make a decision. He didn't put us under any pressure to buy. Also happy with delivery date as I wasn't expecting to get our new mattress that soon.

Your Store assistant Dawn was a pleasure to deal with. She was extremely knowledgable about the products and was willing to spend as much time with us while we decided our selection. ( made difficult because of the excellent selection you had available). Glad the choice was reduced for us by your Sleep Master Bed! Finalising the purchase was simple and quick. The lead time for delivery is a little too long ( 5 weeks) but we will survive on our existing beds till then!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who didn’t try and do a hard sell but actually gave good solid fact based advice. Also very able to answer any questions in delivery and product.

When we entered we were greeted nicely by the man working and he got us on the dream machine which told us which mattress we needed and he showed us which ones we needed and described them in detail and gave us pillows to try them with

Service manager was familiar with all products and was more than helpful in advising which product suited our requirements to the best. There was no hussel and we didn't feel rushed into making a decision, in fact the opposite could be said, she was very courteous and polite and was more than happy to help us out. Thank you again, will happily return in the future and recommend dreams to my friends.
