Friendly staff, good service. Only a little disappointed with delivery time, however it is Christmas and COVID-19 has changed many things so happy to wait for delivery.

The made a real effort to understand my reasons for purchasing a new bed and making sure I was given a range of options. She was polite and engaging without being overbearing. All admin was handled quickly and efficiently
