Would have been highly satisfied but wasn't made aware of the delivery cost which has soured my experience. £40 seems very steep for delivery when we stay less than 6 miles from the store.

Bed frame was not 100per cent - glue marks - which men who assembled bed pointed out after it was assembled . Wasn't sufficiently bothered to warrant taking it all apart and going without a bed while it was re delivered .

The actual order was placed over a no,. of days with telephone call to suit my revised delivery dates and being advised to alternative products to the ones we had chosen due to non availability in the required time. The store assistant and manager were extremely accommodating and helpful in getting us the products we were looking for. I rate it as not highly satisfied as we went away from the store to think about it order online and then asked the store for further assistance to complete the order. This was due efficiently and utterly to my satisfaction.

Both my husband and I had been in separately previous to our purchasing a bed and felt we were brushed aside as the staff must have been busy with other customers. We nearly did not go back but I persuaded my husband to have a look before we went to the bed store next door to purchase the one we had decided apon. Luckily for you the staff weren't as busy and we were given excellent attention on this visit.

The only reason for not picking Highly satisfied is that an explanation of products which were on offer and exact terms of any offers could have been better. As is common with most retailers now it is not always easy to judge if you need to haggle to achieve the best deal possible, though your staff did at least make their offer at the first opportunity and did stick to it.

Understaffed. We nearly walked out . The staff when we eventually got to them were very helpful and pleasant. However we did feel pressure to buy insurance,mattress covers, removal of old beds etc. This felt uncomfortable.

Whilst being provided the sales pitch I was advised that Dreams would provide a number of items as part of the sale including a tempur pillow, tempur mattress protector, 10 year guarentee and delivery. It was only at the point of sale that I discovered that the items Dreams were providing actually cost me several hundreds of pounds and were not included in the transaction at all.

Collegue was very abrupt and rather rude, then felt pressured to complete purchase very little to no time for awnsers to questions and very rude regarding my family who were present when buying bed
