no particular reason but I think myself very down to earth and can't be doing with any type of sales patter or being misled into thinking you are getting some sort of good deal with sales price or deductions when signing to purchase.

Although the assistant was friendly, she seemed very flustered and unprofessional. While she was serving us the two other assistants were chasing each other around the beds and being quite loud. To be quite honest, had I not been in desperate need of a new quilt, I would have left straightaway.

Disappointed with the fact that I was not properly informed about how to make a payment to Creation Finance. I logged on to my account via www.creation.co.uk and made an initial debit card payment to be charged £3.00 for the pleasure. Following a query to Creation they informed me that I should have logged on to my online banking and made a bank transfer to instead. There are no instructions, that I can see, on my paperwork to this effect?!

Service was fine, I difficulty finding the specific mattress I was interested in, the labeling could be clearer, but once I understood how it was then I could read what I wanted to know.

We did find our product cheaper at a rival supplier but because the customer service at this supplier was very poor we decided to return to dreams. We were happy with the service and care on offer at Dreams, which over rides any other concerns, including price.
