Would have expected a bigger discount for purchasing 2 mattresses, but salesperson Louise was helpful and had a good knowledge of products.

There was a limited number of mattresses for adjustable beds available to try.

The length of delivery is a slight issue and some of the linens required were not available.

At first only tried to sell us most expensive beds and we had to ask about the one we finally purchased which is very comfortable

I would have preferred to have seen more in store stock. Also the current layout is too overcrowded to comfortably browse; Perhaps a larger store is required.

i believe large companies always have room to improve. However we were highly satisfied with the staff
