Very happy

I was happy with the service. The team were very friendly and helpful. I cannot pinpoint any particular area for improvement. Maybe more product knowledge. Sharing the different types of mattresses offered. We did however use the sleep machine.

The prices should be more flexible particularly coming up to Christmas and the fact that some items are quite expensive.

My overall experience was satisfactory , mandy was very knowledgeable on all products , she explained everything in full. There were other customers waiting and i know more sales more profit , so felt a bit hurried however overall the friendliness and service i received was very good. The highlight was discount on extra,s i purchased, but the charge of removing my old bed i feel are excessive as i am the one dismantling so job done for the cost.
