I have been coming to this store watching the price go up and down on this bed. Every time I come in the people are always helpful the man that all help me today made my day and he very good at his job.

It was a nice atmosphere compared to sine of thr larger branches I had recently visited. The salesman was very professional with a warm personality

I was Highly Satisfied because the service was good. Bekele gave me good advice and was very helpful and he wasn't forcing me to buy the stuff, he took his time and he told me all useful stuff like how much the deposit is and about the bed.

The assistant Mathew was extremely helpful & knowlagible & helped make our decision that much easier! This was our first visit to Dreams & found the lay out good & plenty of parking. We came away feeling happy & satisfied that was mostly down to Mathew with his friendly chatty character & assurance that we had made the right decision on choosing our new bed. Being the other side of 60's plus he explained clearly the different types of mattress & benefits as in all things in life too much choice!! But his patience Really helped thank you
