Rejwan was attentive and approachable. Customer service was good and had high knowledge about the current products in store.

I was welcomed by a fantastic member of the team by the name Rejwan. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the products and also jovial. He was very encouraging after me and my partner tried six beds. If it was not for him on that day we would not have purchased the bed. We are excited about our purchase, even though we missed having our delivery for valentines day.

The staff member who assisted us was very nice and friendly and therefore made the shopping experience a great one

The lady who served us at the Edmonton green branch of dreams (who I believe to have been called Cathleen, but my memory for names isn't good) was a delight to do business was. She listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't try to over sell, she took on board my specific needs and met them with no fuss and no messing about. She made us feel important as customers even though we weren't spending massive amounts and didn't attempt to sway us from what we wanted. Overall I would suggest that is was the lady herself that gained this dreams the highly satisfied rating, she's a credit to the company.

The bed that i choose was very comfortable and nice well worth the money and time that the assistance that i get as well to tell me about this bed so yes i am well happy with my purchase
