The assistant was very knowledgeable and attentive. She understood exactly what I was looking for and showed me a few different bed frames and discussed the pro's and con's of each. She was friendly and helpful.

Cathleen was noting short of excellent: she greeted me with a smile and was very engaging. She guided me through what I required and helped me choose my bed, mattress, pillows and covers and was very knowledgeable. She is a credit to Dreams

I went in, I was given time to wander, sit, bounce and lay!! Then, when I got up and walked towards the desk, I was greeted by an assistant who was pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable. I told him what I wanted, who it was for and my price range and 10 minutes later I was placing an order. Yes, it was over my price range, yes, he couldve thrown in a freebie but I wanted quality and with Dreams, I know I'm getting that.

The manager greeted me nicely as soon as I steppedal into the shop and she asked her colleague to assist me which she served me in a very friendly manner. She also explained stuff that I did not understand to me very well. I did not have in mind to purchase insurance with the mattress I bought but she explained it to me and I was convinced enough so I bought it. Over all I was extremely satisfied with the whole transaction.

Sales man was very informed of the product and convinced me to buy. I just popped in the store on my way from ASDA. Because of his well informed and good customer service I bought the bed which I wanted all along. Greet Man!!

The shop assistant was very helpful and understanding of our needs. her sales approach was very sincere and professional ,very pleasant girl

Ceylan was the lady who served us, great experience inlay buying our first bed. Having it delivered this week which is earlier than we ever expected.

Normally shop in store closer to home, but Saturday I was out shopping with my friends and we popped into Edmonton Green shop. The lady Cathy was very polite and sold the product to me, it was only because I didn't know measurements that I couldn't make a purchase on the weekend. I came back before the sale ended and went back to Cathy as she is the lady who sold it to me.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT BEKELE WAS VERY HELPFUL ON THIS AND MY LAST VISIT TO THE EDMONTON STORE. HE GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE ABOUT CHOOSING THE RIGHT PILLOW. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT HE WAS SELLING AND FOR ME THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT AND WHAT I EXPECT WHEN I ENTER A STORE TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT.
