Dreams - Edmonton

walked in with my to dreams at Edmonton green on a Friday when I wasn't prepared to buy just to browse. As soon as I walked I was welcomed by one of the assistantsame. I told him I was happy to browse alone, a few minutes later I became curious and had many questions. Fortunately, another assistant came and answered all my questions and left the store with all the information I needed to make my decision. I was so happy with the service, I travelled back to the Edmonton Green branch where I met the same assistant once again who helped me even further when making my decision, in fact he even stayed another hour after the set closing time to ensure I was happy with my purchase, he sorted my payment methods and explained all the options. He was also very welcoming and friendly to me and my companions and even offered us a hot drink. I believed his name was Berkeley, forgive me if the spelling is incorrect,

I had great service from your staff. Gentelman who had to deal with me was very friendly and polite. he is name is Bekele. i would definately go back to your store again if any future needs. thanks

The salesman was very helpful and given US a choice of beds to chose from carefully explain every all that was helpful also delt with the whole sale professional manner. The sale was done wonderfully.

Eugeen?(Not sure about spelling) was extremely helpful. He had great knowledge of the type of beds, and we told him our concerns, and he advised us accordingly. Ver Very helpful, would recommend anybody to visist Edmomnton Green and ask for him.

A very warm welcome by your best staff Eugene Boadi. He took his time to take me round and helped me very patiently, offered me drink.He is awesome. He made me feel welcomed and am satisfied with my order so far.

Buying a new bed for my father can be a little nerve racking but Jay and Eugine put myself and my father at ease from the very start. They listened to what we were interested in and worked effortlessly to get us what we needed in a short time frame. I want to thank you both for your excellent customer service throughout, as the whole process of purchasing a bed was painless and I really appreciate your professionalism, product knowledge and attention to detail. I could not be more impressed with the service we received from you. I sincerely hope Dreams will work hard to hire employees like Jay and Eugine to represent the excellence of Dreams. Overall my buying experience was fantastic and we are very satisfied.
