Dreams - Edmonton

The Dreams colleague Bekele very quickly identified what I wanted so I did not have to spend much time deliberating. Also he did not persist in showing me various different products . Both him and his colleague were very pleasant and friendly, gave me an excellent cup of tea while I waited. Would recommend to friends.

Great service the Gentleman who served me (Mahmut) was funny that put a smile on my face. Overall I had a 10 10 experience.

I recently visited your Dreams branch in Edmonton on Saturday 29th October. The gentleman that served me was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He advised me on all aspects of buying a bed but was not pushy and gave excellent customer service. His colleague offered to make us a hot drink as it was quite cold outside and my daughter was chuffed to bits that he came out with two of the best hot chocolate drinks ever!! I would like to pass on my special thanks to both of these gentlemen for their patience, good humour and excellent customer service, and I would definately recommend Dreams, as I had also been doing the rounds and visited other bed shops but quite frankly was put off by the attitude of the staff and lack of service I received, compared to the service I received at Dreams.
