The member of staff, Jay, who helped us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she gave us all the information we needed about the bed we were looking for and about payment but didn't pressure us into making a purchase and gave us time to think about it. In addition, when we did decide to buy a bed she told us all the options for payment and the other deals that were available, we felt fully informed without feeling Jay was up-selling. She was really funny, polite and helpful.
