When we entered the store, the assistant was on the phone and as soon as he finished his telephone conversation, he came straight to us, greeting us very friendly. We were also offered coffee. Great service, friendly including other member of staff. Friendly farewell.

I was highly satisfied as the team was very helpful...I wasn't buying on the same day because I had to decide but the team said they would call me on a certain day and they did to discuss my order. When I went back to order I was helped by a young man Eugene he was very polite and let me know everything I needed to know ...he then made me and my mother a tea and even got the children a drink while we sat down to place my order. Very helpful and left the store happy...now I'm just waiting g for my bed to be delivered which was a only 4 days to wait Definitely go back to the Edmonton dreams store.

Im very very happy with this dream store. The service i received was the best by far in my 54yrs on his earth. The way they welcomed me and even offered me a hot chocolate which was very nice as it was cold outside. Great product knowledge and theyre very warming. I now pass by just to say hello. The person who served me was Eugene . I will definetly recommend this branch to all my friends and family.

Sales assistant was polite, prompt' friendly and not a pushy sales man

I was served by Jayla at Edmonton branch. Her demeanour was friendly and attentive. She was very knowledgable about the product that I was interested in purchasing although it was not in the store. She allowed me to view it again online and showed me the screen throughout the transaction - being very patient with me, when I did not fully understand the Agreement of Sale, which I had to sign. Jayla kindly explained to me about the comfort exchange guarantee and how beneficial it will be to me, following receipt of the products, being that I have not had an opportunity to sample them. Jayla went over my requests, to fully understand the pricing and discounts - line by line, in calculating the final price. She was absolutely magnificent! I have never come across such a kind and patient customer relationship officer. She is definitely a credit to Dreams and should be acknowledged. She also showed me the cleaning materials that I should use for the fabric of the bedstead I was purchasing. Thank you Dreams! Very good service so far, I hope the same is true throughout the delivery and installation.

Ordered my sons bed and mattress without a problem, only the wait time, there a couple hours.

He made it easy for us to make a decision on the day and offered us other special deals with our purchase. On the whole we felt that we left the store with a product we believe is good value for money and that was solely down to Berkele.
