Great customer service, Levent helped me out massively he made sure i understood everything that was going to happen and offered me the best deals that he thought would be best for me. This is the first time ive bought from dreams and i left the store with a smile so thank you!!

Eugene is obviously an asset to your firm. He was clearly knowledgeable about your products. He was very efficient, friendly and courteous.

I was very happy with the Eugine's service, he made me feel comfortable during the visit. He also made the shopping enjoyable for me and my boyfriend. I know that if I go back to the same store he will remember me, and he will do his best the help me find what I am looking for.

Very helpful and friendly salesperson, who even carried our mattress to the car. Treated the eleven year old customer as a grown up, with courtesy and respect, and explained the difference between different products well.

The sales assistant that attended to us, Levent Ozogul was very friendly, took time to show us the different types of mattresses we were looking for. He was very good at his job.

We went to Dreams first, then Furniture Village (4-6weeks delivery) then Benson for Beds but the delivery was (28 days) so I came back to you guys where the delivery time was the best. Eugene was particularly helpful; product knowledge good and stayed after time to make sure the sale went through.

Wasn't pressured into buying anything, was allowed to take my time deciding. Questions were answered in a friendly manner.
