The assistant Eugene was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I was very satisfied because we went Dreams to get king size mattress to our self with finance. The colleague filed the form online for myself with Barclays bank finance but it didn't go through then he applied on my husband name again it didn't go through. Then the colleague said there is another finance company that we work if you want we can apply to them and i said ok. Then he applied on my name but unfortunately it didn't go through then the done the same thing on my husband name again the finance didn't go through. All this things take more than two hours. I was going to leave it their but all that hard work of your colleague i decided to pay with my husbands credit card, because I couldn't turn and say thanks for trying the finance on our names but it didn't go through so I can't buy it.

The Assistant sales person in the dreams shop was very polite, friendly, helpful and professional.

I was higly satisfied because the sale person was polite. she made me feel at home and even made me cups of tea to drink while she was proccessing my orders.

Leven was helpful and assist me to decide the best option, he was very kind and really Nice. I would definitely go back and recommended friends and family.

Great customer experience

i visited your edmonton branch and was served my Eugene Adjei, i must say his customer service was absolutely fantastic. Eugene was patient and efficient and made me feel so comfortable he was engaging and even keep my son interested by offering him a lollipop. i had to make two trips to the store as there was a problem when i initially tried to get finance and Eugene remembered me and was willing to help me again. i will definitely be shopping at dreams again.

The staff were excellent

Both assistants were very knowledgeable- very friendly and listened to what we were looking for. Made us feel at ease at all times.

The service me and my wife received from staff member was excellent. He Made sure we understood everything that was happening, it was big order so he made it very easy for us, in between we was offered tea/coffee. The service we were happy, we moving to new home so was very excited. I'm looking forward of trying our new mattresses. Thank you Leven t for your kind service.
