The sales assistant who helped me, Eugene, was friendly and thorough in his explanations of the various mattress options and made sure my requirements were met with regard to the bed. I didn’t feel pressured at all and he made the experience fun. I have put satisfied rather than highly satisfied with the value of the products, as whilst I am very happy with my purchases I won’t know this until I have received and used the items.

Eugene was really patient and had a great product knowledge.he truly knows what it means to be hospitable. I loved the service I received and will be recommending it to my friends and family.

My previous mattress had developed a pothole and was most uncomfortable. I was watching the Dreams Christmas Advert and thought why not try Dreams. I was surprised that the store was opened. They were quite busy and I had to wait a while to be served, but I was acknowledged and apologised to for the wait. By the time I was served by Eugene I had already tried the mattresses I had my eye on and made my decision. Eugene said if I asked you to go back and try the mattresses again would you choose this one. I said yes! The whole process of purchase and delivery took no time at all. Every detailed explained. Choice of delivery dates and times. I also received a discretionary discount which was a very pleasant surprise! Eugene also suggested the Bedcover Plan, which after reading the benefits, I took out the cover. Not forgetting the 1/2 price Winter Sale which made the deal even Sweeter!! I was extremely happy with my Purchase because it was the way I was treated and made to feel very special. I could not have wished for more. Thank you Dream Team
