The member of staff helping me was really friendly and talkative and answered all my question with knowledge about all products. At first it was a little difficult to decide which bed I wanted to buy, but they stuck with me with no complain and explained to me everything as many times as needed. A very kind person with patience.

The layout of products,the staff were relaxed and we did not feel hassled while browsing around and it was pleasing to be offered a cup of coffee or tea on a cold, wet and windy day.
