Dreams - Edmonton

Returned to Dreams today following a previous visit with Eugene. As before, he was very helpful in assisting us to decided which mattress to purchase. The service, his experience and knowledge is second to none; impeccable. We returned specifically to this store because of the wonderful service we received previously. There were so many choices but because of the assistance we received we were able to make a satisfactory purchase. The store is highly recommended and also Eugene who was exceptionally helpful. I would definitely be returning in the future for additional purchases and recommending Eugene as a point of contact to friends and family. A very satisfied customer. Thank you.

I visited the store with an intention to buy I a bed dependent on availability and service . The staff who attended to us was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the product we wanted. The service we got was superb and would not hesitate to visit the store again in the near future.

I needed a mattress that was comfortable for my bad back. The assistant got me to lie down on a number of different mattresses with a support pillow. This enabled me to decide on my mattress.

I am highly Satisfied with the purchase of a new bed.the help and assistance that was given to me b an assistance name bekele at the Edmonton branch.i was standing out side the shop when a beautiful greeted me at the door.i was just stand there just looking at all these beds,when the an assistance name bekele came up to me and ask me if he could be of any assistance to me.i stared to tell him I am looking for a bed for my mum.I explain what sort of bed I wanted for her.He show me the sort of mattresses was there,and the sort of support they give,and also look at bed frames.I was happy with I pick for my mum,the assistance bekele ask me to follow him over to his desk to sort out finance for the bed.Every thing went throught,I couldn't have ask for better help and assistance that I received.
