The assistant was very friendly understanding kind and helpful smiled and gave eye contact her name is Wendy Edmonton unit 12 West mall she has Served me twice and both times has been lovely pleasure doing business with dreams Wendy gets a 100 out of a 100 for her customer service

I am extremely happy and pleased with Mr. Bekele's and his colleagues service. I found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable.I would like to thank them for all of their help. Thank you very much.

We were actually in the Edmonton branch and served by Bekele, who was attententive ,polite, friendly and explained all the options. It was so much better than the internet route. We were given plenty of time to try out the different beds and look forward to its delivery on Thursday. The young ladies who work in the shop were also lovely.

Hi Dreams Beds. On Saturday, we went to your store in Edmonton Green and was served by a lovely man called Bekele. I haven’t been given a feedback form for him yet so I thought i would send you some feed back here. He was a lovely helpful man who made everything clear and helped us find the perfect mattress for us. He also kept our little 2 year old girl entertained by giving her some books as she was getting very frustrated waiting for us to test out the mattresses. I can’t remember the last time we received such wonderful service from someone like Bekele. He is an amazing man very very helpful I cannot praise him enough. Please send this feedback to management / head office so they can feedback to Bekele and praise him for his amazing customer service. Thank you Dreams Beds 🥰🥰
