I was assisted by Gideon who seems to know a lot about the dreams products,professionally dressed,very polite and really nice guy and can chat all day in a nice way.

Was served by Gideon and he showed all the ranges of mattresses that met my needs, showed me the different types of pillows. Eugene made a lovely cup of tea and also recommended certain products and so did levent. They were very friendly and helpful, knew the products that they were selling and made the experience a very positive one. Would definitely recommend this store and the staff to others.

The Dream Colleague, Bekele, based at Edmonton Green Branch was so helpful and polite and nice. He took his time to explain every detail of the bed and showed me alternatives and expertly explained the delivery process to me. His attitude towards me was so pleasant that I wanted to spend more time in the store as well as more money. My friends and I were offered a choice of drinks by the other colleagues, who were equally nice and welcoming on the day, Saturday 26 May 2018, as well as happy. I actually wanted to order everything online to gain Nectar points, but because Bekele was so pleasant during my first two visits, I decided to leave it, so that I could be served by this wonderful gentleman. His customer service skills are impeccable and second to none...If there is a training programme to teach customer service skills, he should be the lead trainer. The only issue I have with my order is the delivery date, but I do understand that there is a demand for products from your organisation. WELL DONE TO EVERYONE AT THE EDMONTON GREEN BRANCH ESPECIALLY BEKELE!!!

I was served in the Edmonton Green store by Eugene. Eugene appeared to be very knowledgeable with regards to the products in the store. I had no real knowledge or real understanding of the type of matress that I required, however Eugene was patient and took the time to explain the importance of a carefully thought out matress as well as the pillows to best suit my sleep needs. As a result I left the store very happy.
