My overall with the service i receive Was a exceptional. But although processing the paper work was quite long.

The display was attractive, the shop attendant was very helpful and his advise was useful. That helped us to make our decision without too much hesitation.

I was highly satisfied because of the staff that sold me my bed and mattress. He was the best Ive come across in regards to being helpful and friendly. Made us feel so welcome and extremely happy to buy from dreams as this was my first ever time purchasing from dreams. His service was 10/10 and he deserves a raise or promotion!

We were welcome by mr Bekele ,he was approachable and helpfull.he explained and advised us on the quality of the products . We also like to thank him for tea and coffee he made for us Meena mootoosamy

The in store help I received was brilliant. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about all the different varieties and products available. He was professional yet friendly and extremely polite. It was a quick, pleasurable and not too expensive experience. I would definitely return again. Highly recommend the Edmonton store.

The store had several mattresses that met our requirements so we had something to choose from, the salesman was friendly and helpful. There were no other shoppers in the store at the time so we enjoyed being able to try the mattresses in our own time. The sales person gave us a discount to match the cashback we would have received had we ordered online, so we were happy to order in store and avoided having to go home and placing the order online.

As soon as I walked in Gideon (not sure if name is right) asked if he could be of any assistance. He knew what I was talking about and helped me find the item quickly. He talked me through everything asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with the customer service I received.
