Enough time spent with me as a customer by the shop assistant and manager. Explanation of the benefits of the various beds and mattresses and divans.

Our service assistant Gideon was extremely attentive and understanding of what I wanted and even suggested what I might need on finding out how long I have had my mattress, pillows and frame. He made sure to offer every extra I could ask for but wasn’t too pushy when denied for some. He treated me and my mother with respect and it felt like he cared about my sleeping needs. Very very good customer service.

I went to the Edmonton store in North London. I spoke to Eugene who was friendly, helpful and was actually fun to speak to whilst explaining to us about the product I brought as well as other products we were considering. Great personality

I was served By Eugene Adjei who was dress presentable and had a great depth in knowledge regarding the differances in the Matteresses. He not only took the time to full explain to me but on the day of purchase when i returned with my wife he went through the whole process again with my wife, this helped us make the right purchase for the both of us, and now the bed has arrived we do not feel cheated but more money well spent. Thank You

The assistant Eugene was very helpful and patient. I was buying multiple items and he took the time to give me the pros and cons of the items I wanted. And never once did he look impatient though I took quite some time looking and comparing beds as I tend to dither quite a bit. At the end of it all,he made sure I had a delivery date that was convenient and assured me that I could always change this date if the need arose.
