Eugene was very helpful in store and when i had to cancel an item he was very understanding

the young man whose name was Gideon, who served us was very friendly the minute we walked in the store he asked if we would like something to drink then asked what he could help us with . he was very thorough and knowledgeable about the product we wanted to purchase which was a mattress and he explained to us the different types of mattresses and we was able to try them out . then when we found the right mattress he showed us different bases then asked if we required a headboard .when we was happy with our purchase we went to the desk and offered us a seat and if we would like tea or coffee again . then explained us different types of payments then asked which way we would like to pay so in summary we was highly satisfied with the service .

Bekele is outstanding. He’s very friendly and understands what his clients want. He has given us loads of alternative products to try and find the right bed and mattress to suit our need and budged. We feel that we’ve been looked after very well.

Bekele was helpful from the start. He offered to help me look for products in my price range and also notified me of the 8 year mattress insurance which came with a free mattress topper. I was pleased with the service and would definitely recommend this store to friends and family, another family member also bought pillows from the store and was happy with the service too.

Clear, tidy and well laid out store. Bekele was very knowledgable about comfort vs number of pocket springs etc. He happily showed us the difference between them so we could make an informed choice.

Buying a new bed for myself and my two children can be a little nerve racking as you just want to get it right, Gideon put me at ease from the very start. He listened to what I was interested in and worked effortlessly to get us what we needed. More importantly was his patience, I truly felt heard and supported all through the process to ensure I was a very happy customer.
