Good quality products

I went with my mother to buy her a new bed for her new flat. The sales assistant was with us to enquire if we needed any help and looked after what was wanted from start to finish. My mother purchased a bed (divan and mattress), headboard, sheets, duvet and pillowcases. Everything was fine with the exception of the size of the bedsheet. The bed being a small double, the sheet size offered was a double. Slightly larger, but no great inconvenience. Very friendly and helpful.

I was highly satisfied because the advisor that dealt with me was very kind and patient. He understood what I needed and was able to point me in the right direction by showing me the right product I needed. Also while I was waiting to purchase my item he offered me a cup of tea which really relaxed me and put me at ease. This was one of my best purchases ever.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams because, I was able to locate my item and make a purchase very efficiently. Besides this, I was also really impressed by how the staff had great knowledge of the products and were able to allow me to make the right choice.

I have baught recent years .and am happy the product so that why highly satsfied and came back again

The gentleman serving me was very polite and was extremely helpful, also he played with my little girl whilst he was serving me which I thought was very nice

As soon as we in to the store we met very welcoming customer service and she assists us very good . She keep giving us advice and explain us how good product they have. She is very friendly and outstanding customer service.

The sales representative ''Eugene'' was absolutely friendly and down to earth and very professional with an A++ manner, and I highly recommend any one to ''Dreams'' because the service is spot on with no errors, I am very impress by his professionalism and will surely go back for more purchase in the future.

We were very excited and looking forward to buying a new bed for ourselves and were very pleased with the quality of the product we had chosen. The store itself was in pristine condition and we were presented with a wide range of products to try out for ourselves.
