Upon arrival Mr Gideon took the time to explain, understand my needs and also offer me the opportunity to use the electronic bed to help discover the bed and mattress that would support my sleep pattern. This I was happy with as it helped me with my bed choice. Gideon's friendliness and product knowledge was very vital in my purchase.

Our salesman, Bekele, was great. He was patient and listened to our needs and suggested items in a helpful, not pushy manner. This was my second purchase from Dreams in the last 24 months.

The customer service assistant was friendly and welcoming... My 10 year old who has ADHD was with me and it can be a very stressful experience shopping with him. The assistant set him up on one of the beds where I could see him and when he got bored set him up in the massage chair to occupy him. This overall helped me purchase the bed and mattress... Without this I would have probably left and not bought anything. I would like to thank her for her patience understanding and making the whole experience as stressfree as possible.

Amanda was so helpful and kind person and she knew the product very well. I was happy when I left the store and that is the reason I give highly satisfied.

I was seen to straight away. The staff member had huge patience while I wanted to try all the different mattresses available. He knew what he was talking about and his advice was always ready. He explained thoroughly the difference between the mattresses and explained the different ways in which to try the mattress for example without a pillow, to test the true comfort of the mattress. He helped me choose the most perfect mattress and I even ended up updgrading it to a better one! I also chose my bed on the same day and was pleased that they were all available to deliver as soon as possible.

The sales assistant was very patient with us, she answers all our questions and gave us all the information that we needed to decide the bed that we wanted.

Because I found what I was looking for immediately. Amanda was great. 5 stars for her

Amanda the lady who helped was was extremely helpful explaining all the options, giving us measurements for various different beds, explaining about the different mattresses.

I was very happy in the response I was given with a phone call about the item I was interested in. Once I was in the store I was greeted politely and served quickly. I was very satisfied with my visit to Dreams. Your colleagues Gideon and Eugene in the Edmonton Store were very helpful and gave a good service with satisfaction.
