Dreams - Edmonton

I was able to choose what I wanted within a few minutes. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything the sales assistant offered me a tea or coffee to drink. The store is very spacious and sales persons there, were very pleasant..if you caught their eye they smiled.

Customer service from Amanda was amazing! She was lovely and her service was superb, especially regarding her explanation on the products we were searching for. Our experience in Dreams with Amanda was all round wonderful. (Edmonton Green branch) 10/10 !

I felt that Bekele was very knowledgeable and took the time to try and help us with what we were looking for. He didn't try and steer us to one particular product and showed us a range of different mattresses at different prices. No hard sell which is important for me.

Once again as soon as I entered the store, I’m greeted by friendly staff, which on this occasion was a lovely young man whom I didn’t get his name. During my visit today I was offered refreshments, support and guidance based on my needs. Everything is clearly explained, there is absolutely no pressure and it’s a very relaxed atmosphere. I absolutely love the team, which is Amanda, Bekele and the young man. Big thank you again to the young man for greeting me and asking me if I needed any help. Amanda you’re a star, Bekele such a gentleman. Thank you all. My mum totally agrees also.

Technology at the store was very helpful when helping me select the bed I was Interested in. Support staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

The sales assistant Amanda was fantastic. Great knowledge about products, extremely helpful in getting the right product for us and generally very friendly and approachable in how she comes across to the customer.
