The one who went round with me explain to me to my understanding and was lovely and so good, understanding and really help me to make a good choice.

We had an excellent assistant, Amanda, who was so helpful with all our queries. She was friendly, knowledgeable and was a pleasure to have her help us.

We were assisted by Amanda, who was friendly and extremely knowledgable about the products. She took her time explaining everything, and we didn’t feel at all pressured or rushed. My daughter was especially impressed with the hot chocolate made for her by the store manager. The whole experience was lovely. (Apart from the parting with cash, obviously)

The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially with the fact I was unsure of what I wanted in terms of a mattress but was quite clear of the base I required. I was pointed in the right direction and was then shown how they worked.

I walked into to the to be greeted by an extremely friendly employee. I told him what kind of bed I was looking for and was shown a beautiful bed with a very reasonable price. I put in a deposit and was given the paper very quickly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The store manager Eugene at the Edmonton store was extremely helpful, patient and had a vast knowledge of products. One of the best customer experience I have had in a retail store
