From the moment I walked into the store to the moment I left Eugene was outstanding his friendly manner and product knowledge were second to none. He took his time explained each product but most importantly he made you feel so welcome like I'd gone to see someone I'd known for ages. Perfect.

The customer service provided in the Edmonton Green tote by Gideon was superb! He took time to understand what I was looking for and helped me narrow down the endless options to my final choice. As a first time bed buyer it made a fairly daunting task, stress-free. With my mum and sister accompanying me, they too were well looked after. Thank you

I was impressed with the bed matcher device at the store. The colleague who served me has lots of patience and made me feel comfortable to take as much time as i needed to make a decision. The colleague showed me all the recommended mattresses and also showed me some more she thought i would like by asking me some more questions. The store was big and there was plenty of beds for me to try.

I was served by a lovely gentleman called Gideon and his colleague. Forgot his name but he was a shorter black guy. They both super super helpful, attentive and made us laugh. They offered us drinks and took amazing care of us. These young men are super hardworking, knew everything I asked them on the spot without hesitation. I have told everyone already that if they need a bed that dreams edmonton is the place.
