Professional and good customer service

Thanks for the help using the new system used for getting the right bed for my back problems

I arrived at the store in Edmonton at 5.40pm and was greeted by Bekele. Even though the store was about to close he was patient and listened to our needs. He methodically went through the bed selections with us. I was very impressed by his customer service. He went above and beyond to help us.

Gideon was really helpful and he have time

The store was a minute to closing but I was still seen as I knew what I wanted to purchase, Bekele stayed an extra 30 minutes helping me out to ensure I can place my order, everything was explained perfectly

Staff member, Eugene at the Edmonton Green branch, could not have been more helpful. He was very patient with us, showing us various beds and mattresses. Attended to our comfort. He was so good that, although we only went in to browse, we ended up buying the bed and mattress just as a rest if his faultless service.

Amanda couldn’t have been more helpful. She wasn’t at all pushy but was there from the time we entered the store until we’d bought our mattress. And then Eugene carried it to the car with a smile. It was a great experience and Dreams Edmonton should be very proud of these two staff members.
