The staff were polite and helpful. My assistant was very patient and kind with me, even when I couldn’t make up my mind. I liked the new science bed trial which helped me choose my right bed, it’s genius! My assistant had the right temperament and attitude for dealing with the public and indecisive people like myself. Well done!
