Dreams - Edmonton

Upon entering the store we were greeted by Amanda who was most helpful, she took her time to explain the beds, mattresses and different finance options allowing me enough time to make up my mind and make suitable choices. I was very happy with the service I received from Amanda and her manager was also very friendly.

Edmonton dreams we had a wonderful advisor Amanda who gave us great informations, extremely kind and patient and gave us all the details we needed to make a purchase. My mother and I were extremely satisfied, from start to finish she made us feel very welcomed.

On my arrival in the store, I was warmly greeted and was offered tea. Mr. Eugene Adjei with employee number 224 was such a lovely person and was more than helpful to me. I really appreciated his services. I entered the shop for window shopping, to my surprise I end up spending. Hope to visit the store soon. Thank You

The customer service was very good. They attended to my every need. Also my sales person Bekele was very helpful.

The worker Eugene was really good help. He knew what she was doing and his service was top notch. I really liked how he knew a lot about the business and answered every question we had (We weren't the best customers are worker can ask for) but regardless I was really happy with the service he presented us

Bekele, the assistant was friendly ,polite and remembered my family as we had visited the Edmonton Green branch before.At that time we just wanted to get some ideas and he was very helpful and informative which is why i went back to the same store today.He has been very supportive,understanding of our situation and courteous.

I attend Dreams to buy a mattress for my son. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Service given by Gideon and his colleague (I can’t remember her name). Provided service and assistance that was refreshing to see theses days. I would definitely recommend Dreams to my family and friends. Excellent service. Dreams should be proud.

The store was a very lively place to stay and look around, I have had Amanda take me and my mother to a tour around the store so we could see which bed was best for us after using the bed machine. I was also given a cup of coffee which really surprised me and was beyond me that people could be this nice.

I got the bed lcwax looking for exactly what l was look for maybe even better. I love the quality of the products. I am so happy. I have told my sister about dreams. She will be buying her bed too.
