The customer advisor was very attentive, supportive, helpful and friendly and informative. I felt at ease and it made the buying experience very positive. Thank you so much.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. He demonstrated good knowledge of the products. He was smart and efficient. The lady (staff)who served me was also very friendly, efficient and had good knowledge of the products. She helped me to choose products that I was happy with. Overall the store was clean, and I was happy. Availability of clean toilets made a difference to my shopping. I was offered a drink and got a cup of coffee. One doesn't often get such treatments in shops. I was happy with the terms of payment.

Amanda and the two other members of staff were so polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them especially Amanda who did most of the demonstrations and explained the fors and againsts leading to my purchase. All in all i had a pleasant shopping experiance in dreams edmonton green branch. many thanks. rob.

I was highly satisfied with my experience in dreams thanks to Amanda. When we walked into the store she noticed us and let us know she will be with us as soon as she is done with a customer. She came and helped us. Smiled throughout the tome we were there, offered us tea and coffee, ensured we were happy. She gave my daughter who cant stand in one place paper and colouring to colour which kept her occupied and we were able to shop in peace. She was amazing with recommending and helping me find the right mattress through using something i have not seen before. I loved my experience and was very happy with Amanda.

Met with Eugene in the store, whom quickly offer his assistance in find the bed that I need, he took his time explaining the difference between each mattress and bed. The bed that I wanted was not on display, he searched the site to find the bed I really need. He was very polite, professional, excellent communication skills, excellent customer service. Slended!!
