We had the pleasure of being served by a lady called Mandy. She was incredibly patient with us and made sure she gave us the best service even whilst keeping to social distancing measures. She went round and showed us pretty much all the mattresses and bed frames. She made sure we were comfortable with the price!. Her customer service was faultless.

Gideon was very helpful. I explained to him that my father has been experiencing back pain and he took us the the sleep analyser. With the results it generated, Gideon showed us the beds that best suits my Dad. He did not push for the most expensive option and asked my Dad to try more beds just to be sure that we find the right bed. We found a bed that my Dad felt no pain on. Which we never thought could happen. Definitely recommend booking an appointment. The store was kept clean and there was only one other customer group allowed in the store at the same time. Everything was cleaned regularly during our visit. Highly satisfied with the customer service received.
