When I arrived at dreams store, the assistant greeted me in a friendly manner and was very pleasant, that gave me the encouragement to see what was in the store. I was pleased at his customer’s service for taking his time and patience to explain in details

Mandy was extremely helpful throughout the process of the purchase and gave us the best advice we could have hoped for. i also liked the offering of beverages like water whilst sticking to social distancing procedures.

The gentleman who served me, was polite, soft spoken. Listened to all my needs, took as much time as I needed . He went above and beyond. Offered me a drink was very patient. I spent about 2 hours in the store but didn't even notice the time pass. The manager was also very polite, soft spoken ear to help. Nothing was too much for either of them. I felt very comfortable like I had known them both for years. Like I was apart of the dreams family. I did mention to Gideon he should go around showing/training others on how customer services should be done. Very well done Gentleman
