The 2 members of staff the assisted were very help fall and very bubbly and made the experience satisfactory o hope they get a pay rise

The staff member was very knowledgeable in all the products I was interested in buying. He was very friendly and was very passionate about the products he was selling. I will be recommending my friends and family to your store. One very happy customer.

Samantha approached me as soon as I walked through the door . Asked me if I would like a drink. And then asked me what kind of mattress I wanted and showed me the mattress that tells you what kind is good for me

Customer service was excellent as she took her time to understand what I needed and helped made a good choice.Samantha was very patient with me and pleased with her work ethics.

The staff was Very professional friendly

The staff were patient and thoughtful. Listened attentively and I never felt rushed. The use of the machine to select a perfect mattress for us I thought was great.

Bekele was a nice man,and was very polite with me and took very good care of me and my children, he also made sure that the bed i was getting was good for me ,overall I am very happy w the income and the way he encouraged me to get the bed ,so thank you bekele,ill love to come back again to buy another bed

Bekele was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us with our search for a bed frame. He was helpful on the phone which led us to come into the store the same day. He showed us all the options and helped us make a quick and efficient decision.

Staff were friendly, had good product knowledge. Was helpful in showing us suggestions and various options depending on our budget. When placing an order this was efficient and easy to understand everything surrounding delivery options as well.
