Dreams - Edmonton

Aways ,who is working Edmonton green banch,he show me and explained about product what i need it ,so i spend just 10 minutes in the branch.

The customer experience we had was exceptional! Aways Understood what we needed and directed us to beds that were suitable. He gave us the space to make our own decision but gave good advice. He was also very understanding of the 3 excited children we had in tow!

The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely courteous which made the shopping experience a pleasurable one.

The sales guy Aways was brilliant and friendly his explanations where like him

I shoped before at dreams! I was happy with the previous bed and mattress! The shop in Edmonton Green not so big as the one in Enfield ,which is closed! Service here at Edmonton Green faultless! Mr. BEKELE provide an excellent service !

The service I received from Aways, he was amazing he was extremely helpful even whilst it was busy, he was able to multitask and handle the various customers in the store at the time, he is a credit to his team and if I could I love my staff to have the same mannerism and passion as he does for his line of work, as a customer and a retail manager I’m very Impressed with the service I received

When we entered the store we were greeted with a nice warm friendly welcome. The sales rep name was Bekle. He was very helpful to my needs as he listened to what i specifically wanted in a beds i have back problems, so he was extremely patient with me. I could not have asked for better service. He did not rush me he allowed me to take my time. Thank you for your help.

The assistant Ahlam was lovely and very helpful

Mandy was very helpful.Explained the different type of mattress and how they worked. I did test to see which mattress suited me. I was offered water and tea or coffee. This was a lovely touch..
