The assistance we got from Ahlam helping us choose what we needed was very good. She was very friendly (as were all the staff) and very helpful with my elderly parents. There was also another member of staff (a young gentleman) who got us some cold water to drink as it was very hot on that day. A great team in that shop. We will definitely be returning when we need our new mattress.

We went to Dreams Edmonton Green,while we get in a smiling friendly member of staff welcoming us!He was fantastic,explaining well all about mattresses!Given us so many options to try,he has high level of Covid safety to makes us feel comfortable(safe) But the thing-he was very good,trustful person!He is fantastic honestly-he is name was Bekele

Ahlam was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we purchased and made us feel at ease which helped with our experience. She was friendly and did not make us feel like we were taking up her time.

Ahlam made sure we understand what we needed to know about the product we wanted to to buy. She was very friendly and welcoming and make sure our needs was met. She was very professional & Friendly.

I was approached on arrival by a very helpful member of staff. As I began to discuss my needs, the assistant offered a 3min assessment, of how to find the most appropriate bed for my sleeping comfort. Afterwards she showed me a range of beds, which addressed my needs, but also gave a range of price brackets. She displayed a good knowledge of products, which was impressive, as she was on her first day and training. At all times the assistant, Wendy, was attentive and friendly. Of there was anything she didn't know, she would call on her Manager, Hugene, who was knowledgeable, cheerful and extremely supportive in helping her reach her goals. They both made the experience a worthwhile and pleasant one.

I WAS MET BY AN EXTREMELY FRIENDLY ENTHUSIASTIC YOUNG MAN CALLED AWAYS. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ATTENTIVE. HE LOOKED AFTER ME IN EVERY-WAY AND FOUND ME THE PERFECT PRODUCT. THIS YOUNG MAN WILL GO A LONG WAY AND A EXCELLENT SALES PERSON. I NOW AWAIT DELIVERY ON THE 5TH OF JULY.
