When I intreted to the shop floor a nice lady name Wendy welcome us (me and my husband) she explained everything for us very nicely . We are very satisfied with our purchase.

I was surprised how the members know everything about products and they were very helpful

Great customer service from the gentleman who served me named Guney. As I entered the store he ran over immediately to assist, went through the my options according to what the mattress selecting machine told me was best for me and found me a great mattress within my budget. Other staff in the store was also very helpful too

Wendy was very helpful in explaining the different mattresses. The sleep mattress test thing was also very good as it is hard to get the best feeling after a few minutes on a bed.
