Dreams - Edmonton

Mattress ordered for Northen Ireland delivery. Postcode not on your system! Waited 2 hours in store to try and fix problem. Custome service promised to fix but nothing as yet. Tried to ring both store and customer services today and twice went to answer machine at both places. Finally got through at customer service and was told to expect as a call back. Still nothing 12 hours later and was suggested that I should 'keep calling'!!!!!! Not impressed at all, will not recommend or use again, if in fact I ever get my product. No one seems to care and I'm sure filling it this survey will make absolutely no difference.

I was not advised of many things. All of which came to light the next morning after purchase. Too much to go into again. And to top it all I had to pay dreams to refund my money
