The sales man was excellent his name was bekele the store should have more choices with bed design

I think the products I purchased are high end quality, however still very expensive in comparison. As I wanted super king, the products are not always available elsewhere which is why I ended up paying the price I did. I purchased a bed frame for £899. I believe I should not have to pay an extra £85 to have warranty for more than 12 months.

Only because the mattress material is quite slippery, not what I’m accustomed to. Otherwise Amanda was great an the store is very close to the transport links

We were not highly satisfied due to the fact the pillows we tried were not very clean in the sense of smell. It’s a good idea to try products to get more of an idea however maybe washing them a little more frequently would be more beneficial to the store as that was the main thing that let them down. Another thing is we were disappointed as there was offers and more of a variety of products online but not in the store itself.

Some items too highly priced especially pillows and for just one, not even a pair. Also cost of collection of items were far too high. I also didn't know that each item was charged individually. I thought it was one charge for collection of all items.

I would have chosen Highly Satisfied but I was given a price for 2 pillows in my overall order, only to be told after my order was submitted (next day) that I need to return 1 of the pillows or pay the difference because the assistant had placed my only for1 pillow. This I felt was embarrassing as I was now being asked to pay more for my items or walk back to the shop with the pillow.
