Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

When we entered the store, we were greeted with a warm welcome and were offered bottled water. Our customer assistant was Paula and she was very helpful with understanding our needs of finding the perfect mattress, due my husbands and I different health problems. She let us safely try out several mattresses that were suited to our needs and let us take our time in choosing. Also, when choosing a bed frame, she displayed every added feature of the bed frames, that were very helpful. We would highly recommend Paula as she had a wide range of knowledge on the products and was very friendly. Paula was happy to go above and beyond in showing us colour swatches and different beds in the size that we were looking for. Paula was also happy to get measurements of bed sizes if needed.

Both Paula and Frank were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. During the current climate with covid19 when everyone is feeling stressed and overwhelmed between hand sanitising and masks. It was very comforting to see Dreams had everything in hand.

I was highly satisfied with Frank the store manager. He was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He was very pleasant and made our visit very enjoyable.
