I visited Dreams a few days after lockdown. I was really impressed with the procedures they had put in place for Covid. The staff helped me assess my needs using a bed which measured pressure. This provided a shortlist of potential mattresses. Having tried a few, every time I found one too hard/ soft, the assistant was able to guide me to a more suitable option until I found the one that was just right and suited this Goldilocks down to the ground!

We visited Straiton Dreams store in order to buy a bed frame, a mattress and two pillows. We already had some products in mind because we had checked the website. It was great that we had the chance to go through the process of understanding which type of mattress is right for both of us and then check out specific mattresses. We are happy with the service and the quality of the products and the time of the delivery.

Clare was most helpful and knowledgeable on the products available to us, and gave us her opinion on the items we were trying. Could have been more proactive in finding out exactly what we were looking for in terms of Beds, mattresses, divans, pillows etc.

Customer service was great and I got to try some very nice mattress before choosing mine. Prices were great and delivery fast.

When we first entered we were asked what we were looking for and because we were looking for a mattress we were invited to do the sleepmatch diagnosis. Eilidh was very friendly and helpful. She gave us our space when we needed to discuss our decision and made sure we were shown all the options.
