the friendlyness of the staff,and the knowledge the lady had of the product.my wife and i both in our 80s have tried several beds from other companys but we were still suffering the same aches and pains when we getting out of bed.this is the first time we have been computerised to see which mattress would suit us.i sleep on my left hand side,and sometimes i have to move onto my back,but after been shown the mattress that would suit us,because of arthritus .the one that we tried i a couldn`t feel the niggle in my right hip.so we are eagerly waiting for when our new mattress arrives.

The call handler I believe was called Mohammed or Javid? Was extremely helpful, polite and professional! He managed to reduce the delivery date and get me a price on an expensive mattress i was highly satisfied with! If every call handler in regards to sales was as helpful and considerate to my needs there would never be a complaint with service. Please be advised I would appreciate if the call handler be rewarded in some way for how he managed the call as he and his family are moving to a new home. I know he is moving to a new home because he was so friendly we chatted not only about the product but exchanged details of our daily life and that is what good people skills is all about.
