Eilidh was very helpful in guiding us through our options and found the right balance between being present to help us and also giving us a bit of space to discuss and try the mattresses.

Jav was excellent from the moment I arrived in the store. He was engaging and listened to my situation and needs and was able to offer bespoke advise. I had my baby son with me and my pram couldn’t fit between some of the beds but he moved them himself to ensure I could get through. He also understood when I had to calm my son and offered me a seat so I could breastfeed. I was given a drink and he was very patient with me. I initially went to the store on Monday to see what was available and for ease I nearly bought online from the Dreams store but Jav was so good I felt that I should return to the store to make the purchase on the Tuesday despite the terrible rainy weather. All in he was an excellent professional salesman.
